SOLVED No standard jail/can't create jails

Hi,

Specs on the FreeNAS box:
FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201501301837
i3 4370
16GB DDR3 1866 not ECC
WD Red 4TB
MSI Z87m gaming

I checked my jails and found no standard jail and needed to configure jails so I put it on the drive in /mnt/drive/jails and set it using the default IPv4 no DHCP

That shows up when I try and add a jail but I have no idea how to resolve it. Help?

Edit: rebooted my box, somehow fixed the problem.
