SOLVED no rsync via direct cable

hello I have two NAS: one QNAP where there are the original files and the other freenas. both have two network cards with IP 192.x.x.x/24 for the corporate network and 10.x.x.x/16 connected by direct cable ONLY for backups between the two nas. I have configured everything via rsync and on the local network 192.x.x.x it works, while with the direct 10.x.x.x cable the ping works but I can not make backup via rsync, nor connection via SSH or SFTP.
Some idea? thank you

What does your working ping command look like?
What does your failing rsync/ssh/sftp commands look like?
What does the output look like? Including verbose output via "-vvv"?
