Hello ,
I have following new Supermicro proposal system for new XCP-NG platform main storage ,shown below
The plan is to connect 12 hosts hypervisors to following storage , i would like to get experienced advice insight on following system , what wold you change or add , for example
I have an option to get the system with 2TB RAM would it be better than invest in 4x MTFDHAL1T6TCU-1AR18ABYYMicron 9200?
Having 1x SIOM 4-port 10G SFP+, Intel XL7106 , would it be better getting dual 40G interface since i have ports available or stick with 10G?
HUH721010AL5200HGST/WD 3.5" 10TB SAS 12Gb/s 7.2K RPM 256M is a good choice or better model suggested , in addition 40 disk is enough for given usage?
