New security run output:

Today's email has 6 lines "ZFS WARNING: Unable to attach to ada2." Not see this before in 6 months of email, no hardware changes. ada2 is, and was as FreeNAS Mini was delivered, the boot SSD, with ada0, ada1, ada3 and ada4 as the HDD identifiers.
Is this message expected with latest - FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201509220011 -?
Is it something to be concerned about?
Anything to be fixed?

That looks fine. Have you received similar messages since? If not, it may have just been a one-off event. How often are you performing scrubs and S.M.A.R.T. tests, and is their output OK?

Thank you. No similar messages since.
Scrubs twice a month, long S.M.A.R.T. tests twice a month, short S.M.A.R.T. tests four time a month. No issues jump out to me, though I don't find them "an easy read" despite reading lots of downloaded material on them (Cyberjock once posted that he was making a S.M.A.R.T. test guide, but I never did find it ...).
