Network Disconnection

Hello!! We are configuring a TrueNAS to backup PC data with Windows.
The problem we are having is that TrueNAS is "disconnected from the network", it cannot be entered from the web, neither through SMB nor does it answer ping.
The only solution we can find is entering locally through the console and rebooting.
Then it connects normally for a while, it was tested by changing network cables, switch port, and it remains the same.
Is there any log or test I can do to see where the problem is?

HDD: Western Digital DC HC520 HDD 12 Tb

It also looks like that board has an onboard Realtek NIC (even if 4GB RAM isn't your problem, that's likely to be).

Installing an Intel NIC is recommended for stability.

You may also want to look at disabling C-states and Cool'n'quiet functions in the BIOS.
