Needs Some Set up Help ( yes I'm a Newbie)

So after spending the last 4.5 hours trying to get this to work , along with searching for answers, I humble myself and ask for help. I have an:
intel dp55wb MB
I7 860 processor
10GB of Ram
4x 3tb HDD , with 2 more I will add soon

The problem:
FreeNAS only sees 2 of the 4 drives. I swapped around cables, tried to make sure the MOBO bios was configured correctly ( I think this is the issue) but i cant see to figure this out.

Have you configured the BIOS to 'auto-configure' SATA devices? Perhaps you should try manually configuring these? Make sure you haven't configured the SATA system as RAID; FreeNAS needs direct access to the disks.

Thank you for the reply, I can confirm through trial and error they are not in raid, but i have not tried to configure them manually. Ill do that next.

The problem seems to be with your BIOS
Try updating the BIOS to the newest version
