I have successfully compiled over ports and renewed an ssl a few times, however last time I erroneously installed certbot from package system, which happened to be a newer version. Let's encrypt has different renew config file( 22 an older one). So it looks now that I am in dependencies hell between 2 versions of python (38 and 39 and all other associated packages. I tried to revert the situation and removed almost all new packages but got stuck at this situation. I am willing to go either way - an old version with current renew file or switch to a newer version as long as I can renew this cert.
