Need help installing

This is a picture of where it gets stuck on every restart. This is after I've chosen what to load (FreeNAS Installer) but before anything is actually starting to be installed.
I installed Ubuntu Server to see if it just didn't like new operating systems, but Ubuntu successfully installed itself.

Also tried to install RockStor and it didn't even get past the first line detailing the copyright information.

I'm lost. Would like some help if there is any to give.

Used the Optical drive to attempt an install of 11.0-U4

The hardware used is a HP ProLiant DL580 G5 : 438154-001

As per the forum rules, what are the hardware specs of the system and which version are you trying to install? Also, which utility did you use to transfer the install image to the installation USB stick?

I was using a CD drive to install the media. I just burned it with the regular Windows 10 utility from whenever you insert the CD into the optical drive.

It's a ProLiant DL580 G5.
