Need Help getting Replication working

I'm having trouble getting replication working on my two freenas boxes. Some data sets will transfer, sometimes with great delay(RC1TB), other times not at all (JC3TB/Misc)
The replication itself is from Storage(Freenas 8.2.0) -> N54L (9.2.1.2). I intially setup the periodic snapshots as recursive, but hear that can create issues while trying to solve this so disabled it.

Details below, let me know if any others are needed.

You shouldn't mix recursive and non recursive snapshots/replication tasks.

Also I would upgrade both boxes to the same version of FreeNAS. Admittedly this is due to my lack of experience on prior versions, I'm not sure replication works well from an old version 8.X to a newer version.

Those are two items that I would start with if I was in your shoes.
