NAS box does not start

Hello there!

Any ideas what could be wrong? My FreeNAS PC does not want to start. Please see video attached.
I removed the ram modules, PCI card and hard drives, but still the same issue. I recently swapped the cpu, it worked for about a month and now it stopped working. I put the original CPU back but still no luck. To me it is either the motherboard or PSU. how can I tell?

Start with some RAM in there... I don't think you can POST without RAM.

Maybe with only one RAM stick? try each one in each slot and see if you can get it to boot like that (bad chip or bad slot elimination)

Well after some fiddling I worked out it was a faulty PSU. But thanks for the tip on the RAM as it allow me to test it properly.
