I recently got done with my new FreeNAS build for home. I gained a lot of valuable insight and hints on this forum, so I wanted to show off my results!

Specs:
Motherboard: Supermicro A1SAi-2750F
Memory: 2 x Kingston KVR16LSE11/8KF (16 GB ECC total)
HDDs: 4 x WD Red 4 TB
SLOG/ZIL: Crucial M550 256GB (partitioned to 8GB for wear leveling)
Boot Device: Innodisk SATADOM-MV 3ME (16 GB SATA3)
Case: Ablecom CS-M50 Mini-ITX with 4x Hot-Swap Bays

I am running RAID-Z2 encrypted, and am slowly getting all my data transferred and plugins set up.

If anyone has any questions, let me know!

I am a home user, after reading cyberjok review of mini based on C2750 and confirmation of transcoding capabilities under Plex, as a happy owner/user of C2558 SM board, I would like to build my first NAS around that 2750 board, with 4 WD Red 6 TB (in RAIDZ2), case should be Fractal Design 304.
Which PSU did you put in your build?

Seasonic g-360 is ok but u will need a sata power splitter, or go with the 450w

I used a Silverstone 550 Watt PSU. Both Seasonic and Silverstone have good reputations here and in the HTPC community.
