mps0: ATA ID command timeout error after FN update 11.2u1 to 11.2u6

Updated from FN 11.2u1 to 11.2u6 and after rebooting suddenly got every drive showing a ATA ID command timeout error.

I was wondering if anyone had any input on why this would happen after a Freenas update. The system does come back up but all pools are showing as status "unknown".
I can post hardware and setup specs if needed. Just wondering if there was any surface level changes that I did not see in the patch notes.

Edit: Reverted back to U1 and it is dumping the same errors. Checked the boot drive to make sure that update had enough space to begin with and it is sitting at about 65% full with multiple old snapshots still in place so I doubt it was a space issue.

Unfortunately, its started working after a few reboots.
Was never able to get enough info to see. Ill repost if it comes back again.
