Moving from Sabnzbd. Any recommendation?

Sab is way behind on updates (running 3.7 latest is 4.2) so if I'm going to invest some time and effort, what else is recommended by the community?

TrueNAS CORE or SCALE?
Plug-in?

If you installed via the plug-in, I would recommend you create your own manual jail and install using pkg install sabnzbd
