Moving Files from Jail Storage [TRANSMISSION]

Hi,

I am working on setting up Transmission to download torrents however I can't seem to work out how to move files once they are downloaded to the main storage (outside of the jail)

Here is my configuration in Transmission:
Watch Directory: /media/
Download Directory: /media/
Incomplete Directory: /var/tmp

I have a couple of torrents which are now complete and I can see they are taking space in the jail storage but I'm sure how I can actually access the files?

This is how my Jail storage is mapped for Transmission:
Source: /mnt/myServer/Microserver/Downloads
Destination: /media

Any help is appreciated.

If you were to open the Shell and cd /mnt/myServer/Microserver/Downloads and ls, you would see the files. From there you can move them wherever you want.
