Move files inter POOLS

I want to move some files from one pool to another pool, i tryed with client Macintosh but too slow, could this be done over TrueNas directly? Thanks.

Open a shell on your server and move the files from the command line, it won't get faster than this.

if the mv or rsync commands aren't something you're comfortable with, you could try Midnight commander (mc) at the shell to give you a little guidance on how to go.
