SOLVED Mounting storage Error 64 - Mount Failed?

I'm trying to create storage for a plugin jail. The screenshot below shows the storage creation dialog and in the background you can see that there are two separate datasets media and jails. When I check Mounted and click OK the error message below is displayed. Is error (64) referring to the Source? or Destination? I'm assuming Source but if that is the case I have no idea what is causing it???

I was only able to mount /media/downloads for the jail by first going into the jail shell and making the directory there and hen coming back to the above dialog to mount the drive. It would seem to me that the 'Create Directory' is not working?

That's correct, and this is a known bug (see http://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/add-storage-to-jail-create-directory-not-working.22120/ and https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/5349).
