Middlewared not start after updgrading from 11.2U8 to 11.3

Hi i am Freenas newbie , yesterday i tried to updgrade the system form version 11.2U8 to 11.3.
I followed the instructions and after made a copy of configuration i launched the fetch and install of the new version.
The system is started with a problem in the middlewared process, i loose network configuration, and sshd isn't started.
My system

DELL PowerEdge R740
1 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5120 CPU @ 2.20GHz,
128 GB DDR4,
3 x Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet BCM5720 - 80:18:44:F3:CF:6C
2 x Seagate 558.38 GB ST600MM0069
22 x Seagate 1676.72 GB DL1800MM0159

Are there some simple operations that i can do from remote consolle in command line shell?

You say you have a config backup... maybe it's simpler just to build a fresh 11.3-U2 install and restore your config to it.

It's not easy reinstall from remote site...:)
I had modified freenas1-vi.db, i have altered table system_settings adding two column so now the problem is in /usr/local/www/freenasUI/freadmin/models/fields.py line 80, the decoding function find an 'Extra data'
I suppose that some script used to migrate didn't works fine.
Thank for every suggest..
