Microsoft Office showing "Access denied. Contact your administrator" when saving file

Hi everyone. First sorry my english not good
I had install Truenas scale to my computer and use SMB to share.
I created twos account "qc1" and "qc2", both them belong to group "QC". you can see this picture bellow
I remove "Delete Children, Delete, Write Owner, Write ACL" because I don't want other users in the QC group to be able to delete files created by others in the QC group ( When user qc1 create files or folders, only user qc1 can delete file, another user can read and write, append data)

It's working well, but when user qc1 create folder and create file (word, excel, powerpoint) inside this folder. User qc2 try append some data and save Office showing
"Access denied. Contact your administrator"

how can i resolve it?. many thank
