Mainboard swap for X10SLM+-LN4F

Hello everyone,

I had bad luck with my SM X10SLL-F mainboard and gonna need to find a cheap replacement.
I stumbled across these puppies, which I'd like to salvage for the mainboard which is a X10SLM+-LN4F.

Anybody got experience with this board, anything I should take care for, any caveats?
