M1015 FW 13 requirement?

About the requirement that the M1015 cards need to be running FW p13, does it have to be *only* p13, or will anything above that do? Last I saw p16 is available.

FW 13 is the minimum. cyberjock's running p16.

Thanks. So the FreeBSD program at that site will automatically update the adapter(s) to FW16 when it is executed? There is no separate FW file that I could find.

No, you need to expand the plus sign next to firmware and download "9211_8i_Package_P16_IR_IT_Firmware_BIOS_for_MSDOS_Windows". Follow these directions, but substitute the software from the LSI site.

cyberjock submitted a support ticket to have the driver updated to v16 in a future release of FreeNAS.
