SOLVED M1015 Hard Drive Detection Issue

I have two M1015 cards with the 9210 P15 IT Firmware loaded. I recently went to add new disks in to my Backup Cycle and only 3 of the 4 WD Red 4TB are showing up on the controller. I've try a few things to figure out that any combination of the 4 drives only 3 will show up. Is this an issue with the Firmware? Do I need to update recommended to the P16 Firmware? Also if I upgrade one card will it cause problem with the other card still at P15 with my main pool.

I've been running this same system since FreenNAS 8.3 came out without trouble. Minus some interconnect issues.

Flash to the 9211 P16 IT mode firmware, that's the recommended version now.

Do you use hotswap bays? Could be a cabling issue to the backplane as well.

If you're running 9 .3, you definitely need P16.

After the update to P16 all four 4TB showed up, kind of odd, but that is firmware for you. I was able to flash the firmware with an Asus
P9D-C/4L without issue.
