Lost Files

Hello

Recently i had to change the OS drive on my FreeNAS, The pool imported fine. I then created the SMB share and verified that i could view the files from windows. I add plex as a plugin and pointed the jail to the storage, after that the plex install still wouldn't see the storage.

I then checked the share through windows and the files weren't showing

I have unmounted and re-mounted the files
umount -f /mnt/Primus/winder
zfs mount -a

I can see that the files are still their the directory is using the right amount of space for that to be true (picture attached)
I'm not sure what to do guys, id really appreciate the help.

Full disclosure I'm not a 'nix guy, but i can follow instructions.

I may have spoken to soon, i did a unmount and remount and i think its working. THANK YOU. More later.

So if I understand you correctly, you're expecting to see some files in /mnt/Primus/winder?

It seems that /mnt/primus itself has most of the volume of data, with winder having only 3GB (that you clearly show is not seen either).

You may want to look at your snapshots for the winder dataset... (you should be able to do that by looking at file history through windows over the SMB share)

So it looks like mounting Primus by itself worked.

Thanks all i have a different issue now but ill open a new thread for that.
