Hello.

I have imported a ZFS from that I have used earlier both in Freenas, Nas4free and lastly Ubuntu.

There is some mixed owners of various files inside /mnt/VD01/Storage

So when I example set up a windows share there are some files I cannot delete because of example it says I need to have permisions from "Unix User/1000"

Is there any easy way to get all the permisions like it would have been with an fresh install ? So every user who have access to the windows share can add files, edit and delete?

You can try to chown recursevly to a FN user you choose, ex. nobody, from the shell as root. Google on the usage of the chown command.
