losing network connection after 6 hours

Hello guys,
I'm using TrueNAS Core ver. 12.0 U6 for the 1st time. I installed it and everything is good.
But after 6 hours from the last activity, I losing the connection (ping: request time out).
I got the 11 choices in the local screen but still time out while pinging.

Is there's an option of system idle, network idle or something like that ??

What's your hardware?

I could guess you may either be using a Ryzen without having disabled C states and Cool 'n' quiet in the bios or that you have a Realtek NIC (or both).
