Looking hire someone to configure FreeNas Server

Looking to hire someone to help check over my freenas server, and specifically the networking settings to ensure I am getting the speeds that I can out of my transfers... Any experts that are capable of optimizing a freenas set-up please reach out to me!

The server is currently up and operational, it is used as a video storage server for our production company and regularly moves large files to / from.
