Logitech Media Server playlist help

I'm a noob, so go gentle with me.

I've installed Logitech Media Server on freenas 8.2 and its all working after a struggle.
My problem is with playlists, specifically with the DLNA side of LMS
None of my DLNA devices (XBMC and Smart TV) will find the playlists created in LMS (my Joggler running Squeezeplay finds them no problem).

Has any body got any experience of getting this to work?
