Loading Problems

I am trying to load freenas 11.2 U6 on a 16G Cruiser Blade USB. I have downloaded the iso image on another USB and have gone through the various stages.
I have tried 3 times, in between, clearing the target USB using killdisk. The attached script appears during each attempt.
I don't understand what the script is telling me, could some one please help.

Thanks creativep,
I am sure the memory I have bought is causing the problem, as reverting to an earlier Freenas issue that I have used before, and know to be stable, had problems with the same memory.
I will replace this and start again.
