LAGG Failover permanently set Master

Hi All,

I have created a LAGG interface with a 10Gb link (bxe0) and 2x 1Gb links (bce0, bce1 - all separate, no LACP or other aggregation). When I first set it up, it worked properly with the 10Gb port as the master and the 1Gb ports available as failover and when I tested it, it seemed to failover and failback as expected when links went down. However, when I reboot the server, the master does not stay put on the 10Gb link, bce0 becomes the master. How can I set bxe0 to be the master through reboots? Thanks,

After upgrade from 11.2-U8 to 11.3-U2 I have the same problem.
