Lag speed difference igb0 igb1

Would like your help.

Is it normal that with a lag configuration there is a big difference between the up and down speed of igb0 - igb1

See pictures the lag configuration in truenas and the speed differences in both truenas and the tp-link switch.

The pictures were taken during a backup.
