Is there a reason my l2arc (128GB SSD) is reporting ~380GB?

L2ARC is compressed in 9.3 IIRC so if you have highly compressible data in there the webGUI might be reporting the "uncompressed equivalent" size.

You'd be surprised how well a Windows Server install compresses.
