Kernel Panic on pool import

Hello!
Today I've been migrating my long time FreeNAS server to a new server chassis. Specs are as follows

Striped mirrors consisting of:
8x3TB
2x4TB
Striped cache consisiting of:
2x120GB SSDs (REMOVED)
Supermicro X10SLM-S Mobo
Intel E3-1230v3
32GB ECC RAM
1x M1015
2x SGX-SAS6-INT-Z (NEW) (Ordered as SAS-9211-8i)
Norco RPC-4224 (NEW)

When FreeNAS tries to import the pool it gives me the error:

 panic: solaris_assert: zap_lookup

This also happens under single user mode with

Code:

readonly

Error in action

Any help is greatly appreciated!
