Although having very limited experience with TrueNAS and networking, it was easier than I thought. Connected 2 TrueNAS servers along with my Windows 10 PC. Searching the web I could not find an exact parts list ( also being concerned about compatibility), so I thought I would inlcude one here.

3m (10ft) Cisco SFP-10G-AOC3M Compatible 10G SFP+ Active Optical Cable

Cisco SFP-10G-SR Compatible, 10GBASE-SR SFP+ 850nm 300m DOM LC MMF Transceiver Module

Note: Servers and PC maintained connection to the internet. I set the Mikro Tik to SwOs (switch) mode. Servers are running TrueNAS 12.0-u1 and 12.0-u2 . All was done through the gui...no commands lines . Another component you may want to add is a Netgear PoE switch (will power up the Mikro Tik)..ie;
