Join discs

Hello.

I have a server with 4 hard disks. 136 GB.

I have 1 environment vmware 5.5

I need present the 4 disks as if only 1 disk to environment vmware (1 datastore 520 GB.)

How i can join 4 disk in freenas for present 1 volume in vmware. 1 datastore

There are some procedure?
