Jails - Installed version ( update notifications )

Hi,

I'm running the latest version of TrueNAS, i have a few jails running without issues.
i have been updating the jails within them or via nextcloud upgrade
the version number does not reflect in plugs version numbers
where can i change the version number in plugins to reflect the manual upgraded version
e.g nextcloud plugin shows version 19.0.1 yet i have installed 19.0.3
the system keeps telling me to upgrade it but it already is

hi,
as you can see, installed version is 19.0.2
but available is 19.0.3
current version within jail 19.0.3
nextcloud updates within jail, how can i change the bottom version to reflect installed ?
if i upgrade via jail, it removes my ssl
so doing it within jail easier

How to change them version numbers without using update/upgrade

as the jails upgrade within, which all jails are running higher version than stated
