jail update issue

I am using freenas 9.10.2 and I created a jail with a fresh install and I can't get it to update I have attached the screenshot of the message.

You're wasting your time trying to update a warden jail in any case.

We could spend some time creating the file it is asking for and will probably find that support for that version of FreeBSD is now dead.

You should rather update to FreeNAS 11.1 and switch over to an iocage jail.

Thanks but I've had so many issues with 11.1 that I decided to downgrade when my other equipment came in. I should have keep the 9.10 version I had working because it worked like a charm until I started upgrading FreeNAS but I'll figure something out.
