I recommended the model that's the closest to your current setup. You can also try Chelsio and Mellanox, if you want to go the SFP+ route. These are commodity items, so I don't have any preference.

Back to the problem. What doesn't make any sense to me is that it's the internal jails that are having issues. The networking on the device works fine. Should I be using NAT for all jails? Can I use external IP addresses and not use the NAT? That's how I currently have it set up.
