Plex Remote Access not working

I read through that, but it did not fix my issue. My plexmediaserver-plexpass has internet connectivity. I have also configured my (pfSense) router to correctly forward ports. I don't believe the issue is in my router because I currently have an ubuntu server at home running Plex and the remote connectivity for it works fine.

Nevermind. I was dumb and the problem was in my router...
