My box sent me an email and said updates were pending so I installed them. FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201511040813 and now my pool is jacked up. No idea what to do to check what happened.
It could not possibly be simpler. When the system boots, it gives you a menu to choose which boot environment (i.e., installed version) you want to use. Pick the one you were previously using (the one with the second-most-recent datestamp) and you should be good to go. Or you can pick a different boot environment from the web GUI. As with most things, the manual explains it pretty well.
It's highly unlikely that installing an update nuked your pool, but are you saying you've already wiped the disks and made a new pool? If so, what do you hope to accomplish with this thread?
