iSCSI Windows permissions problems..

Hello.
I have recurring problems with iSCSI freenas drive in Windows 2008. Accidentally all NTFS folder permissions and smb shares wipes out. After recreating it all works fine some time( weeks or days ) then it occurs again. Any ideas?
