ISCSI issues with 10Gb Cards in Hyper-v Cluster

Hi guys,

Hopefully i can't get some input from the experts or someone with same problem as me.

System:
Supermicro Motherboard X9DRi-F
Dual Intel Xeon E5 2609 V2 CPU's supporting Quad Core ,2.5Ghz,15MB Cache
128Gb of RAM
24 x Intel SSD DC S3510 Series 800gb each ( Raidz2 in 4 lots of 6 SSD drives)

LSI SAS 9207-4i4e PCI-e 3.0 x 8, 6 Gb/s
One Intel x550-t2

FreeNAS-11.2-U5

Switch is Netgear 12 Port Prosafe 10GE Smart Switch

Windows side:
2 hosts running Windows 2019 Server Standard with the latest updates
Intel x550-t2 cards in each host
Iscsi in mutipath setup from Freenas
The 2 hosts are setup in a cluster.
Cluster Validation all green with no errors in the storage.

Errors in the Cluster:
Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume1' ('Cluster Disk 1') has entered a paused state because of '(c0000185)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.

Errors in the VM's:
The IO operation at logical block address 0x178be98 for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\0000002a) was retried.

Errros in the Freenas:
None.
