Hi,
I updated to 9.10.1-U2 2 days ago, and I can't swear that that was the cause, but yesterday I noticed I had "lost" a iScsi disk? I've had the iScsi disks connected fine for many years
The set up is
Freenas 9.10.1-U2 with 1 target, 2 extents. 6 x 4TB in RAIDZ2
Windows 10 Pro connected to both devices, i: drive and j: drive over 10GBe
When I logged in yesterday there was only j: drive. Everything looked fine on the freenas box and I dropped all the config from the windows box and reconnected but to the same,
I then dropped the 2nd extent (j: drive) from the freenas box and i: drive showed up, but inaccessible
I then re-added 2nd extent back and j: drive showed up, but i: was still inaccessible
I've tried rolling back the freenas to U1 and 9.10 but hasn't helped
i: drive is showing as RAW in disk admin, where as j: drive is correctly showing as NTFS
I don't see how it could be related, but I also had a disk reporting unrecoverable errors yesterday too?
i: drive was storage for VM's and j: drive was a periodic manual back up of i: so, all isn't lost, but I'd much prefer to get i: drive back?
I'm not even sure where to start trying to recover it?
Any pointers would be massively appreciated.
