Hi there
I have the following environment:
Freenas 8.0.3 sharing an ISCSI target to a Windows server 2008 R2 64bit server, I am using the windows iscsi target software built in to windows.
I have connected it up and an running file transfers to the volume. Everything works ok, for a while.
Windows gives me this error:
"The file or directory is corrupt or unreadable"
and the logs on the freenas server show:
apr 2 13:25:11 jlex-bsd-nas1 istgt[2965]: istgt_iscsi.c: 777:istgt_iscsi_write_pdu_internal: ***ERROR*** iscsi_write() failed (errno=32)
Apr 2 13:25:11 jlex-bsd-nas1 istgt[2965]: istgt_iscsi.c:3518:istgt_iscsi_task_response: ***ERROR*** iscsi_write_pdu() failed
I also have an ESX 4.1 server using this freenas for ISCSI storage, and this is not having any issues.
If I run a repair on the volume, it is accessible and usable again until the next instance of this error. Any ideas?
