The highlighted disk should be 2.0 TB? is it toast?

If it actually is a 2TB disk, yes its toast. You can also check the disk size from "smartctl -a /dev/ada4". If it reports anything except 2TB and it is a 2TB drive your firmware has taken a dump and you should RMA/replace it appropriately.
