Is there a TrueNAS Virtualization FAQ?

Hello forum, Is there a FAQ or good thread about the pros, cons, and considerations involved in deciding whether or not to virtualize TrueNAS? Replacing drives / the effect on SMART reporting for example / compatibility concerns etc...

Here are the instructions that got me into VMware and FreeNAS years ago. This info is dated, but still very relevant.

Now I am running on 7.0.3 and so far, all has been awesome.
