Is the SanDisk Cruzer Fit being discontinued?

A couple of etailers (but far from all) are listing it as backordered, and the ones I just picked up (on clearance) from a local store mention Windows XP on the back of the package and have a copyright date of 2011.

Hopefully it's just a coincidence of post-Christmas shipping delays and old stock...

SanDisk was purchased by Western Digital. What's happening is anyone's guess.
