Hi new to the forum but not to FreeNAS, Got 2 FreeNAS units 1 i use for just storage and the other has transmission and plex on, I'm wondering if its possible to get transmission to save to the other NAS.

You could potentially do that but it would be easier to just run it on the other FreeNAS in a Jail rather than having it separate.
