My 16 GB RAM freenas 9.10
when i monitor the cpu and ram using. I saw the memory wired are 14G, The Free Ram are only 300M
I find Wired mean : Memory in use by the Kernel. This memory cannot be swapped out

Does my wrong setting?

You have 16GB of memory? Looks perfectly normal. Remember you want you memory to be fully used so you get the best performance you can.

Why I ask is it normal.

It is because I have two same model mini server
server 1 : (same cpu) 10 GB RAM- Two harddisk 8TB total
server 2: (same cpu) 16 GB RAM- Four harddisk 16TB total

I tested on same network cable. I copy the file from PC to server 1 : 60 MB/S
But server 2: 40 MB/S only.

Test your network with iperf first. Then use dd to test pool speed on a non compressed dataset.

dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/tank/dataset bs=1M count=100000

The kern.ipc.somaxconn tunable was changed to kern.ipc.soacceptqueue in freeBSD 10, so if you're running freeNAS 9.10 you'll want to change that, just FYI.
