I would like to know if it's a good thing to turn on aut tune, is all users obtain performance after, or somebody have mistakes after turn on ?

Give this a look:

If I were you I would get some benchmark numbers before enabling it, check the box and compare your results after. You can always remove the settings that the script creates as described in the manual.
