IPMI Menu

Does anyone know what is the IPMI menu is for?
I have a freenas mini and I can't understand the connection between this menu and the IPMI/BMC.

Thanks for this post Dru! For a second I thought I am crazy as I am running 9.2.1.9 which has no GUI access to
IPMI.

It should, though it only displays if it detects a BMC.

Well, you don't see anything. Use the IP address that you entered to access the IPMI embedded web server in the mini.

I have a mini, too. I was confused when I found that I did not need the IPMI port cabled to access the webserver. But it's the intended behavior. Lots of references to it if you search this forum.
