IP address chenge

<div class="bbWrapper">Hello!<br /> <br /> I had old version Freenas server 9.3.<br /> Installed new server copied all files from old one.<br /> Changed IP address on the both servers.<br /> And assigned to the new server ip address of the old server.<br /> After changing IP address windows share is not reachable.<br /> If change ip address back then it is available again.<br /> What is the problem?</div>

Incredible for someone running v9.3 ... go FreeNAS!<br /> <br /> Please go to your console and see what is the IP address the server is getting from your router DHCP and/or if you are using static IP assignment. To get all working without issues, I'd set the interface to DHCP, let it get an IP from your router and fix it in the router.<br /> <br /> Also, please post server info as per <a href="https://www.ixsystems.com/community/threads/forum-rules.45124/" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">rules. </a></div>
